You are currently part of the Scholarship Program under Purple Track Academy (PTA), which is fully sponsored by Linkserve. This means Linkserve is investing in your development by providing this training at no cost to you. As an accredited training center of Linkserve, PTA focuses on equipping you with the skills, tools and mindset needed to succeed in your potential role with Linkserve. However, enrolling in the PTA Scholarship Program does not guarantee employment with Linkserve. Your status during the training is that of an applicant, not an employee.

As this is a pre-employment scholarship program, which is essentially part of your application process to Linkserve, there is no salary or allowance included at this stage. Once you complete the program and pass the assessment, you will be endorsed for hiring by Purple Track Academy. And as part of your onboarding in Linkserve, you will be eligible for a total sign-up bonus of P6,000.00.

The sign-up bonus will be released on either 15th or last day of the month after completion of the condition: Conditions for the First Release (PHP 3,000): Signed the agreement with the company; Completed the onboarding requirements; Compatible work set-up, acceptable attendance and performance record. Conditions for the Second batch of Release (PHP 3,000): Upon initial assessment after the first month of service as recognition of your continued commitment and satisfactory performance during the initial adjustment period.

For absences and disconnections, this will depend on the duration of the disconnection, the number of absences incurred, and whether important discussions were missed during those times. For terminated, it's up to coaches and recruitment officers to decide whether your re-application will be accepted. We usually suggest taking a break of at least 1 month to work on improving your skills before re-applying.

Typically, the schedule for the session will be provided to you via email and may vary. Also, your Coach will inform you about your schedule.

Training duration is ideally 5 days, but typically lasts 7-10 days, including call execution.

Missed sessions may require re-waving. But it still depends on the coach's discretion.

Yes. During evaluation, you're expected to get at least 1 survey per hour, or a total of 8 surveys if you're calling out for the full 8 hours. Alternatively, you should acquire a final average of 0.80 or above, which is calculated by dividing your total number of surveys by the total number of hours you called during your independent calling. However, please note that this quota may vary depending on the campaign you're assigned to call out once you get hired.

Yes. There will be a total of 2 evaluations: The first evaluation will be on Friday, which is your Day 5. This will be based on your attitude, attendance, skills, and overall performance during roleplays from Day 1 to Day 5. The second evaluation will take place on Day 10, on the following Friday, provided you pass the first evaluation. For this evaluation, the main basis will be whether you meet the required average or not. If you meet the quota, you will be endorsed for onboarding by PTA. Otherwise, you will be terminated from the program.

Yes. Knowledge checks, mock calls, and final assessments are part of the training.

Yes but only those working from home and only light snacks are allowed. Onsite scholars are not allowed to eat any snacks during the training session.

Yes, especially if it can't really wait until break. However, we highly encourage you to take a bio during your breaks so that you will not miss essential parts of the discussion.
